Application of the method of thermal analysis to assess hemp fiber quality indicators when using protective-stimulating complexes in agricultural technologies

The method of thermal analysis was used to assess the quality of fiber of industrial hemp varieties Surskaya. The fiber was obtained during the cultivation of hemp in the fields of the Penza Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture; in the experiments, double treatment of crops with biological preparations Floravit, GFK, Super Gumisol, Bioklad was used. High-quality fiber is characterized by a higher cellulose content and a lower lignin content. According to thermal analysis data, the action of bioregulators for hemp cultivar Sura positively affects the quality of the resulting fiber, and the assessment is carried out by the content of water, organic components, including cellulose and lignin, mineral components, activation energy, and thermal decomposition reaction constants in the fiber. It was established that when treating cannabis plants with Super Humisol, the content of organic components increased by 4% compared to control, GFK - by 6.7%, Floravit - by 11.6%. When using Floravit and GFK preparations, the cellulose content increases by 3-4% compared to the control, the lignin content decreases by 1.5-1.7%. A high-quality fiber is characterized by high values of activation energy for cellulose and, in general, by the sum of the activation energies of organic components (more than 1200 kJ / kg), taking into account their mass fraction in the fiber.
