Application of electrotechnological optoelectronic methods in bakery production to determine the quality of wheat flour and the concentration of flour dust in the air

Improving the quality of flour and maintaining a certain concentration of flour dust in the room are important problems in the design and modernization of the bakery, because the solution of these problems directly affects the efficiency and quality of bread production. Also, the requirements for the quality of flour and dustiness of the premises of the bakery enterprise are determined by GOST " Wheat Flour. General technical conditions", "General sanitary and hygienic requirements for the air of the working area". That is why it is necessary to develop technical solutions to eliminate the above problems. Currently, there are a large number of technical devices for sorting flour and for determining the concentration of flour dust, but most of them are Electromechanical devices that must be controlled by a human operator. In this case, there is a question of automation of these electrotechnological processes. The most perfect and effective way to solve the above problems is the use of optoelectronic control methods. Opto-electronic control is achieved by installing cameras that receive images of the mass of flour and air in the room. In this article, consider?the main technical methods of realization of optical-electronic quality control of flour and concentration of flour dust in air are described.
