Assessment of the influence of growth regulators of different nature on the growth and development of strawberry plants in the process of clonal micro-reproduction |

The article presents the results of studies on the influence of various growth-regulating drugs on the growth and development of strawberry plants in culture in vitro. Research was conducted at the laboratory of plant biotechnology of the Kostroma state agricultural Academy. The objects of research were strawberry plants of garden varieties: Bereginya and Elsanta. As the studied drugs, the standard in biotechnology growth regulator of cytokinin nature 6-BAP (6 benzinaminopurin) and growth-stimulating drugs: Obereg, EPIN-Extra, Zircon were used. In the course of the research work, a comparative analysis of the optimal combination of the studied drugs in the concentration of each of them 0.5 mg/l in the nutrient medium Murashige and skuga (MS) was carried out. As a result, the positive effect of the studied drugs on the growth and development of the studied varieties of garden strawberries propagated by the in vitro method was established, and the expediency of their inclusion in the MS nutrient medium at a concentration of 0.5 mg/l was noted.
