The introduction of new technologies in the food and processing industry and in the field of public catering will make it able to expand the range of existing food products and create new generation products with the necessary nutritional characteristics (specialized food products for various masses of the population).
Nowadays, microwave radiation is widely used in the food processing. This article proposes a technology for extracting extractives on a plant of periodic performance.
