Application of microwave energy for extraction of extractive substances from vegetable raw materials in the plants of periodic performance

One of the most important and relevant areas of scientific research in the field of creating functional food products is technologies and equipment development for their production. The introduction of new technologies in the food and processing industry and in the field of public catering will make it able to expand the range of existing food products and create new generation products with the necessary nutritional characteristics (specialized food products for various masses of the population). Nowadays, microwave radiation is widely used in the food processing. This article proposes a technology for extracting extractives on a plant of periodic performance.
