Research of humic acids of peat and sapropels of the Ob-Irtysh interfluves. Part 2. NMR spectroscopy 13С of humic acids of peat and sapropels of Ob’-Irtysh of interfluve

The paper presents the results of NMR spectroscopy 13С of humic acids of peat and sapropels of a vertical profile. Samples were taken near the Mukhrino field station located in the Ob-Irtysh interfluve. 12 samples of various types of raw materials, type of peat, degree of decomposition and depth of occurrence were selected from the entire profile for NMR 13С spectroscopy. The distribution of carbon atoms by structural fragments in the macromolecules of humic acids depending on the type of raw material, type of peat and depth was revealed. The obtained data on aromatic carbon have been compared to the results of elemental analysis and UV spectroscopy. The differences in the molecular structure of humic acids of peat and sapropels have been revealed. It was established that the contribution of the aliphatic component to the construction of sapropel humic acid macromolecules is higher than that of peat humic acids.
