Research of the process of producing binary compositions based on vegetable raw materials

This article proposes to improve the efficiency of the poultry industry by improving the quality of feeding using locally produced products, which will eventually reduce the cost of a unit of feed. This is especially important for regions far from the center of Russia, where there are the main plants for the production of feed used for feeding birds and the cost of their delivery significantly affects their final cost. If we trace the structure of the formation of the cost of the final production derived from poultry production, it should be noted that the share of feeding accounts for various estimates of 70 ... 75%. Therefore, the most important condition for reducing the cost is the organization of full-fledged feeding, through the use of new feed mixtures, which would ensure the quality of feeding. Analysis of previous studies has shown that the production of feed mixtures does not fully utilize the capabilities of such a high-protein culture as soy. This is especially important for those regions where this culture grows. At the same time as soybeans and its processing products, the use of sea cabbage (laminaria), green grass and pine wood is also possible when feeding poultry. In the course of theoretical and experimental studies, it has been established that the use of soybeans and sea cabbage (laminaria), green grass and pine swells in the diet of poultry will improve the quality of feeding and reduce the cost of the unit products.
