The theoretical substantiation for the use of a microwave field to obtain extractive substances from vegetal resources

Modern technologies for obtention extractive substances from vegetal resources should combine a high rate of functional elements extraction while maintaining their biological value. One such method is extraction in cool water with irradiation by microwave field. The developed mathematical model is an engineering method for calculating and substantiating the parameters of a batch action plant with the specified working principle. According to the technique, it is possible to substantiate the power of microwave magnetrons, which provide the proper effect on the extraction process without overheating of the working medium.
