Modeling of equipment cleaning technology, washing solutions and their application in the production of potato products

The article is devoted to the issue of cleaning food equipment from contamination during the sorting operation. The main tasks and problems of selecting solutions, concentration and temperature of application of sprayed materials are described. The relationship of the results obtained during the modeling process based on multifactor and multilevel experiments on cleaning equipment for the production of potato products is analyzed
