Influence of mineral nutrition on biochemical properties of soybean seeds

Problem of food protein deficiency is globally actual in recent decade. In agriculture, this problem is resolved with expansion of grain legumes sown areas and increasing their yield for obtaining of high quality protein. Intensification of crop production is accompanied with “pesticide pressure” that lead to intoxication of agricultural products and environmental pollution. Thus, study of protein complex in soybean seed growing with use of experimental technology which characterized by gentle methods of biological compound application in minimized dosages is a very important. In the article, results of soybean treatment with substances produced by AO “Shelkovo Agrochem” are presented. Grains of soybean varieties Zusha and Osmon grown in the field of FSBSI FSC LGC (Orel region, Russia) were analyzed. Protein content was determined according to GOST R 32044.1-12 (ISO 5983-1:2005). SDS-PAGE electrophoresis of storage proteins was conducted according to ISTA method. There were 86 protein bands of different color intensity in electrophoretic spectra of soybean varieties Zusha and Osmon. No differences were revealed between experimental variants on presence and color intensity of protein bands. It was determined that bio-micro substances used in the experiment did not affected protein filling and quality of protein complex in seeds of the soybean varieties
