Optimize usage and extend lifespan electric energy storage in their low-temperature operation

Exploitation of energy products in low temperatures leads to excessive load as a storage of electric energy - battery (AKB) and the generator, because at the same time more auxiliary electrical appliances are involved, which consume a significant amount of energy. At the same time, there is no possibility of a full drive charge from the generator, so the low temperature of the electrolyte and generating devices is not comfortable and optimal for the battery. To optimize the thermal mode of the battery, a device has been developed that allows to heat the batteries in winter conditions of operation. The article provides the results of practical studies of the parameters of interaction of ambient temperature, the temperature of the heat-accumulating module, hull and electrolyte of the AKB during heating and cooling processes during the exposure to thermal storage and the equations describing the processes under study are proposed
