Results of studies on the process of obtaining feed products in the form of whole milk substitutes

The successful development of the livestock industry is directly related to the rearing of young animals. At the same time, this process is very laborious, especially in small peasant farms, and the main difficulty lies in organizing its feeding. Studies have shown that for the normal feeding of calves, especially during the dairy period, to obtain one kilogram of weight gain, they need over eleven kilograms of whole milk. The use of whole milk for fattening calves has a significant effect on the economic efficiency in the future. Therefore, for small farms, raising young animals is the main problem. At the same time, if you do not deal with this issue, then it is impossible to increase not only the number, but after a certain amount of time there will be nothing to replace the livestock of animals. In this regard, there is a need to look for ways and means to reduce the costs associated with feeding calves. One way to tackle this problem is to use whole milk substitutes in calves' diets, which are much cheaper than whole milk. As studies have shown, this problem can be solved by using soy milk, which is practically not inferior in quality to whole milk. This issue is especially relevant for the Amur Region, where the main direction in crop production is the cultivation of soybeans. To produce soybeans, the Amur Region accounts for over 40% of the total harvest in the country. Based on the above, for the conditions of the Amur Region, the use of soy milk is the main direction of reducing the cost of feeding calves. It should also be noted that it is well digested and does not subsequently give allergic complications in comparison with other feed products used to replace whole milk. The article presents the results of experimental studies on the production of feed products in the form of whole milk substitutes in a farm.
